Loan joined YHC Lawyers as Director following her leadership roles in managing and developing Wills and Estates practices at two other law firms. Since 2005, she has devoted her career exclusively to Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Estate Litigation. Loan takes a personalised approach to estate planning, tailoring her services to meet the unique needs of each client. She offers comprehensive assistance that includes drafting Wills, including testamentary discretionary trust Wills, preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Letters of Wishes, and Advance Health Directives. She collaborates closely with clients and their accountants and financial planners to achieve well-coordinated and effective outcomes. In matters of estate administration, Loan is experienced in handling estates with or without a Will. Her expertise covers applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration on Intestacy, Letters of Administration with the Will, and claims related to superannuation death benefits. She has also represented applicants in family provision applications and defended estates against challenges to Wills.
