Jason Bosland

Associate Professor Jason Bosland serves as the Director of the Centre for Media and Communications Law at Melbourne Law School. He has considerable experience in media law, focusing on defamation, privacy, open justice, suppression orders, and contempt of court. His interests also extend to trade mark and copyright law. Jason contributes to the legal field as co-editor of both the Australian Law Journal and the Media & Arts Law Review. His research is widely published in prominent Australian and international law journals, including the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, the Cambridge Law Journal and the Melbourne University Law Review.
