Jason Clark

Jason Clark is a seasoned lawyer with a strong background in property law, estate planning, and business transactions. He joined Lee Sames Egan in 2010 and became an equity owner in 2011, reflecting his integral role within the firm. Jason’s practice encompasses Wills, probate, estate administration, conveyancing, and business sales and purchases. Over recent years, he has focused increasingly on estate planning, including the preparation of complex Wills to suit clients’ needs. Before pursuing a legal career, Jason completed dual degrees in Laws and Commerce at the Australian National University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. His professional experience includes five years as Acquisitions Manager for a Top 150 ASX-listed company, where he played a key role in acquiring around 15 businesses valued up to $20 million. This role involved financial analysis, business valuations, negotiation of commercial terms, drafting legal agreements, and conducting due diligence. Earlier in his career, Jason worked as an equities analyst with JP Morgan in Sydney, where he developed a strong foundation in financial markets. His diverse experience in finance and law enables him to provide clients with practical and well-informed advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
