Abby Irving

Abby Irving is a Principal and leads the Wills and Estate Department at Heinz Law. Since beginning her legal career in 2006, Abby has developed extensive experience and a deep understanding of wills, estate planning, and estate administration. Early in her career, Abby expanded her perspective by working in the UK before returning to Heinz Law in 2008. Admitted to practice in 2015, she has since built a strong practice focused on assisting clients with their unique estate planning needs. Abby and her team work closely with clients to ensure their wishes are clearly expressed and legally upheld. She is skilled at navigating the complexities of estate administration, providing guidance with professionalism and empathy. Her commitment to clients is reflected in the personalised service and attention she offers throughout the process. Abby holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Legal Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
