He has worked on migration cases, including partner, humanitarian, student, skill-based, and business visas, as well as work rights, visa refusals, and appeals. His commercial law experience includes matters such as retail leases, sale of business, and debt recovery. Additionally, Gerard has handled criminal and traffic offenses, conveyancing, various family law issues like parenting, property, and spousal maintenance, as well as wills and estates, probate, and letters of administration.
