Nadia Falcone

Nadia Falcone is a Partner at Falcone & Adams Lawyers, having commenced her legal career with the firm in 2008 following her admission to practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, both from Monash University, completed in 2006. Nadia gained valuable experience working alongside her father at the firm during her university years, which laid the foundation for her ongoing commitment to the practice. In 2013, Nadia joined the partnership at Falcone & Adams alongside Joseph Falcone and Marcus Adams. She now leads the firm’s Practice Management team, providing mentoring and support to legal and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. Nadia heads the Wills, Estate Planning and Deceased Estate team. Her work focuses on assisting clients through often difficult and emotionally sensitive situations. Her areas of practice include drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Powers of Attorney, advising on Elder Law matters such as Retirement Village and Aged Care Facility issues, estate planning and structuring, superannuation death benefits, and the administration of deceased estates. She is also experienced in dealing with Part IV claims, challenges to Wills, estate litigation, and superannuation complaints. An active participant in the legal community, Nadia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and regularly engages with the Eastern Suburbs Law Association through legal updates and networking events.
