Joseph Falcone

Joseph Falcone is the founding partner of Falcone Adams, bringing extensive experience since commencing his legal career in 1975 after graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Laws. Initially completing his articles of clerkship at a regional firm with offices in Carnegie and Frankston, Joseph established his own practice in Emerald, Victoria in 1977. With decades of practice primarily as a sole practitioner, Joseph now leads the firm’s Conveyancing, Property Law & Town Planning team as well as the Corporate, Commercial & Business Law team. He also has a comprehensive understanding of Wills, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates, providing well-rounded legal support across these areas. His client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, company directors, property developers, investors, landlords and tenants. Joseph’s fluency in Italian enhances his ability to serve a broad community. Beyond his legal work, he has maintained strong ties to the local community through numerous leadership roles. These include founding membership of the Emerald and District Rotary Club, multiple terms on the board of the Emerald Football Club, involvement with the Emerald Cricket Club, and chairmanship roles in the local Junior Football League Tribunal, Emerald Towards 2000, and the Dr Murphy Memorial Trust Fund.
