Throughout his career, Rinaldo has been involved in numerous complex commercial transactions, as well as business and property acquisitions and sales. He is well-regarded for his pragmatic and empathetic manner, offering clients timely, efficient, and practical legal guidance. Fluent in Italian, Rinaldo is able to assist a diverse client base effectively. His practice encompasses commercial business law, liquor licensing and regulatory compliance, property law, commercial contracts including partnership and shareholder agreements, land acquisitions and sales, property developments, commercial leasing, and the sale and purchase of businesses, notably within pharmacy, hotel, and licensed premises sectors.
