About Benjamin
Benjamin Bryant is a partner with extensive experience in family law, having devoted over a decade to assisting clients through complex personal and legal challenges. Raised in Bellingen, Benjamin obtained his law degree from the University of New England in Armidale before returning to his local community, where he has built a strong practice focused on family law matters. Throughout his career, Benjamin has developed a clear and straightforward approach, grounded in careful analysis of evidence and legislation. He provides clients with practical and balanced advice while also representing their interests persuasively in negotiations and court proceedings. His commitment to the region and his clients is reflected in his dedication to guiding individuals through difficult family transitions, emphasising the potential for positive outcomes. Benjamin holds an Accredited Family Law Specialist qualification from the Law Society of NSW and is a Qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer. He also earned a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law. Admitted as a solicitor by the NSW Supreme Court in 2009 and to the High Court of Australia in 2018, he combines academic rigour with practical courtroom experience. Beyond his legal practice, Benjamin contributes to the development of future legal professionals by providing coaching to local students involved in mock trials and mediations. He lives in Boambee with his partner and their dog Honey, enjoying camping when time allows. Benjamin is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Law Society of NSW, and the NSW Law Society Family Law Committee.
