Ethan Wang is the principal founding solicitor and managing director of Brightstone Legal, where he also serves as a Public Notary. Ethan has a strong command of Australian foreign investment regulations and regularly assists clients with a variety of cross-border transactions and compliance matters. His legal practice encompasses general corporate law, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, governance issues, and cross-border corporate transactions. Ethan also advises on Australian financial services law, mortgage transactions, and commercial dispute resolution. Ethan’s clients range from prominent China-based investment groups and local and international property developers to private equity funds and high-net-worth individuals.
