Effy offers strategic legal support throughout the transaction process, from acquisition structuring and contract negotiation to settlement and compliance with the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) and local government requirements. She is well-versed in real estate joint ventures, funding arrangements, and staged development schemes, which allows her to advise clients engaged in complex property ventures effectively. In addition to her property law practice, Effy represents business owners, small and medium enterprises, and investors on a range of commercial matters. Her experience includes business and company sales and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating shareholder and partnership agreements, loan arrangements, franchise agreements, and commercial leasing.
