With over a decade of experience in the legal sector, Hamza provides expert advice on commercial and property transactions, dispute resolution, and legal matters affecting the not-for-profit sector. Throughout his career, Hamza has worked with a diverse range of clients, including public and private entities, medium to large Australian and international businesses, and various not-for-profit organisations. His experience covers numerous industries and legal areas, allowing him to offer comprehensive guidance tailored to the specific needs of his clients. Hamza has significant experience advising charities and not-for-profit organisations on corporate structuring, governance, officeholder duties, tax exemptions, contractual arrangements, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
